fast flying object

at 3:15 am on 6/27/19, I saw a bright white flashing light that was blinking at about half sec intervals. it was below the cloud cover moving from west to east and was moving at a speed that was out of my sight in 6 or 7 secs. if this was an aircraft,.. it was flying at a speed ive never seen before. oh,.. and it was silent.
