something in clouds

I'm not sure what's going on here but I can tell you I was in a hotel on the 3rd floor, which is right by the river Looking out the window that morning I noticed the clouds were not moving but shaking so I started to record the clouds I then put a filter on my camera and that's when I black things floating around the clouds look like electric but only a few and then it seemed they were getting sucked into something I have no idea where to begin and then it all just stops and there was a flash that kept happening on my phone after coming home and looking over the footage there are all kinds of things going on there's something with 2 eyes transparent and a spine I think I'm sending you the video.
