Characteristics: Lights on object

Circulating white light beneath a disk, slowly flowing left to right in the distance at low altitude.

About 3 mins in length I watched circulating white light in a 3-step fashion move around an object, while I drove my car.

It had No airplane colors, red or green though around 11pm CST.

It was a slow speed of light moving from left to right on the bottom of the object flowing slowly toward the East.

I pulled into the gas station and told my friend on the phone.
