Large circular black disc over Chicago at night.

A large, dark circular silhouette of a craft weaved in and out of the clouds moving south (away from O’Hare) and towards Indiana. We live near typical flight paths, and this was moving against the grain. It sounded like a fighter jet, but quieter. I could hear it cutting through the clouds, but it was completely circular and had no lights on whatsoever. It maneuvered directly up and down, then shot across the sky at a speed I have never seen before.
