Intermittent light in one place, no speed.

This reported sighting is located in the state of AZ in Phx and was a few years ago from 2019.

Typically during the night a bathroom break is a normal part of my life and this time a walk out the back door between 2 and 3 am was on my mind.

Once outside, all quiet, plenty of stars out, no moon I saw what at first looked like a typical satellite until the behavior did not act like a satellite which usually is a constant movement with a constant illuminessensce going across the sky.

As the thought of this particular sighting seemed odd and unusual, it is remembered. The object was as high as a satellite, much higher than jets or so it appeared so due to no outline of the object could be seen. It was not a shooting star either.

All quiet outside while looking straight up, this object all of a sudden when bright for like a solid 4 to 5 seconds and held its brighness and as it was holding its brightness the object DID NOT MOVE at all. Then the object dimmed out slowly and DID NOT MOVE. Then the object went from dim to bright again for 4 to 5 seconds and DID NOT MOVE.

This pattern repeated itself three times and then stopped.

I always wondered what it could possibly be, but really, what kind of information would anyone know on this type of behavior, not to mention the responses of "crazy," so really I have kept it to myself.

This might be nothing but it might be something, who knows.
