stationary, bright white round light in the daytime sky, brighter than the moon, larger than any star or plant, over Apache Junction, AZ.

I observed a bright white light, motionless in the sky, 6pm in the afternoon, the sky was still blue, the moon was out there was no stars or planets visible, the object was brighter than the moon. The day was windy, 20 mph steady winds, clouds were moving, the object remained stationary for over 20 minutes. I returned 1/2 hour later to see if it was still there, the sky was now dark and the object was no longer visible.
