Bluish-Green oblong light traveling at high rate of speed.

Bluish-Green linear light moving at high rate of speed from east to west approximately 3 miles North of Hartsfield (Atlanta) Airport. Crossed path of commerial flights taking off from airport perpendicular to flight paths. So fast that it made commerial jets look motionless! I estimate altitude at approximately 1,000 feet.
