Hovering light south east sky over Palmbay Fl

Light moved from east to south, stopping several times and hovering, was very high, seemed to have a spotlight, did not sound like a helicopter, no sound, slowly switched between very bright and very dim, light was very high up, faded below horizon to the south east.
