| Strange Sighting in Night Sky JANUARY 13, 2019. Time: 8:25pm Weather: Overcast and 22 degrees F LOCATION: over MSU campus? East Lansing, Michigan.. Altitude: 8-10K feet Equipment: 20x50 binoculars Description: A stationary globe shape with white, red and green lights. The globe was difficult to look at because the lights were very intense. It is still there as I write this. Thank you. |
