Yellow and White with Red flowing through it creature flys I was having a smoke. 6am -7am outside of Salvation Army and City Hall. It was back on 1999-2000. Don't remember the date. Seen this creature flying from over the train tunnel to the roof top of Salvation Army. Yellow and white with red flowing through it.
