Red and green flashing light, most likely over Turkey. Seemed to be studying a violent thunder storm, hovering for 2 minutes, before darting toward the storm. Changed to flashing white light when next to the storm then dropped really fast towards the ocean. ((NUFORC Note: Witness does not indicate a date for the sighting event, so we have assigned a date.
