Craft that looked.like a bright star was seen in the sky stationary and unmoving for appox 3 minutes with starlike rays of light eminateing a great distance from the center in all directions (360) similar to headlights in a fog bank but there is only crystal clear sky at dusk. the intensity of the light began to diminish and the craft slowly lowered.almost. imperceptibly below tree line. i.ran to another location to. get a better view and it was gone but you couls. still see the dissipating rays of light in the sky.
