Bright light danced over highway for over 15 miles while going at least 65.

Saw what looked to be a light glowing from the clouds. Thought nothing of it till I noticed it wasn’t going away like an airplane would. Instead, it started to get closer to the highway. Flew back and forth over the high way and moved like I have never seen anything move like before. At one point, it was above me then close to my car it looked blue. After about 15 minutes, and many miles, later, it slowed down and I couldn’t see it. I was going about 65 the whole time and it followed me very well while looked like it was showing off. Like it knew I was there.
