3 horizontal lights hovering Three large lights running horizontal with green and red lights at each end. Hovering in western sky for 45 minutes . Approximately 20,000 feet. Several airplanes were seen lower than the object . During the 45 minute time. The object started moving slightly then extinguished all lights and disappeared
