Round cluster of dozens of white lights with one very bright lite on one side. A round cluster of bright white lights with one very bright light at one end. Possibly a hundred lights with the one very bright one. Was looking through binoculars. Seemed to float. No blinking lights. Hard to tell the distance was in the southeast sky. Checked to see where the international space station was and was over Washington state at time of sighting. After about 10 mins was lost in cloud cover. No sound.
