Characteristics: Lights on object

First object West 70° from horizon- white light becoming brighter initial thought was meteor, brightness then remained steady for approximately 2 seconds then started dimming and getting smaller as if going back into sky.

Total Duration: approximately 5 seconds.

This is when whiteness 2 pointed to second object, 3 lights in a triangle formation rotating slowly upon the axis of the light positioned highest
