Bright shimmering circular disk/orb seen and videoed as it crossed central Rhode Island.

A singular bright object appeared in the West moving East. It was quite high against a starry night sky and made no sounds. Video zoom revealed it to be shimmering/glowing and a blue and silver color. I viewed/filmed it moving Eastword for about 3 minutes, and then I went to bed.
