| Vehicle was seen flashing brilliantly at 35,000 feet proceeding in a southwestern direction. Vehicle then stopped and hovered for minutes. Vehicle then proceeded back northeast and hovered again changing shape somewhat but very high up. Vehicle was seen flashing brightly in full sunlight. It then just disappeared. |
