Looking from Simi Valley due west there was a flashing light, white, red, green. It seemed stationary until we realized that it was actually moving west at a very slow rate of speed, it took about an hour before if was out of sight. This was witnessed two nights in a row. This light has been see raising up and seen as a bright white light in the past and the colors could have been atmospheric the last two nights, though the sky was clear.
