I was driving home on state route 30 westbound and saw a bright light in th sky in the distance. It looked like how light reflects off a metal object. Then the light dimmed down and it was a long tube shape. It then after a few seconds disappeared.

The sky was clear and had no clouds to hide it.

It was very far away and couldn’t make out any other details.
