Bright Hovering strange orb spotted 01/28/2018

I was leaving a movie with my two kids on Sunday, January 28th, at Olathe amc 30 .. was about to start my car to leave the parking lot. Facing west towards I35 hwy.... But this bright orb like light caught my attention. So I watched it just hover about a minute.

Decided to start videoing. You can hear one of my sons say, “What is that?”

This orb sortve slowly moved upwards not north or south (toward either closest airport ) ... and it flared into a bigger orb several times then got smaller, and finally disappeared into dark clouds.

I only videoed only short time but took a few pics... I didn’t know there was a local reporting site for Kansas until tonight .. my nanny found the site and encouraged me to share this video. Because several friends agree. It looks like a UFO. I’d love to get opinions back on it!
