Two lights flying sideways and stationary over residential area. was coming from the northwest side of Bismarck traveling east when I seen two lights at an angel one higher than the other stationary over southeast bismarck then it moved sideways in a northeast direction without sound. Couldnt see anything more than just the two lights, but it was close to the ground more than a plane. I dont think it was a drone. It gave me the creeps.
