About 1/3 the distance of the Big Dipper Handle. Directly Center and south of the Big Dipper in the Western Night Sky. Moving in a northerly direction and disappeared behind some pines. What appeared as a fireball the size of a Big Dipper star x 3 with a short comet tail moved North... yellowish fire color.... did not light up night sky but looked rather small.
