one object sighted over Seattle Centre.

Nothing much to say,I was at the Seattle Centre fountain and took a photo of the fountain and when I reviewed the picture later I saw this object in the sky. There was nobody flying any kites and I don't recall anyone mentioning that they saw any thing.
