Was escorted by multiple police.

It wasn't in the sky, it was on the back of a flatbed going down the road, at least 10 police officers were in front and behind. Top was smaller that the middle in which was wide and round. Entire thing was blue, with windows on top, Metal looking rods held it up on the truck.
