Circular object w/lights in sky in morning

Driving north on Ebert, crossing over Clemmonsville Rd, saw circular object with 2 bright lights in the sky. It did not appear to be moving. Too high for a helicopter, was not an airplane. Within a few minutes, it disappeared, leaving no trace at all. All 4 passengers in the car saw it.
