An orb like object coming from a funnel like object above it.

I believe this picture is a orb with a funnel above it. I was taking a picture of airplanes when I caught this picture of a pink circle with 3 dots inside of it and a funnel above object. This picture was taken inside my vechicle with my window rolled down.
