Moderately bright rapid flashing light - multi-colored

Light in the Southeastern sky. Rapidly fluctuated between white blue purple, basically flashing very rapidly.

Used binoculars to get a better look but was very difficult to keep in frame due to how far away and small it was.

Kinda looked like a star would but the rapid flashing was very strange.
