Characteristics: Lights on object, Marks found on body afterwards

Stationary spacecraft, emitting glowing colored signals that slowly moves horizontally to the east.

Random appearing spacecraft about mid Camano Island remains stationary for a few hours with blue, green, red and yellow lights projecting in patterns. Moves very very slowly to the right from my view facing north.
