On this day me and my family went to visit family friends in the east coast of Puerto Rico,near a public beach (about 4 blocks away) me and my friend went to the corner store to buy so day and candy because we were going to Jump the fence of the beach for a night stroll on the beach. The sky was clear exept the lights for the US base of Roosevelt Roads was visible. Once we jumped the fence we went to the beach and sat on the warm Caribbean water looking at the sky when a skepck of light comes out of the west towards east stops and the light must being very high up because it was tiny.

After it stars getting over water it stops and stars to go around in circles in the same spot. (It reminded me of a mosquito around a light bulb at night.) It did about 15 to 20 circles and then it shot out towards Atlantic Ocean.

The thing is that there are still reportsome of UFOs and military bases in PR and of USO's along the east coast of PR and supposed UFO base in the Yunke National Forest.

For as long as I can remember there was always talked about, including by ex military.
