Strobe cloud hiding object over NOLA east. On 10/6/1974, I exited my vehicle in the Lake Forest Shopping Center, located in New Orleans east Louisiana. I saw several people looking up. No one was pointing, just starring up. As I looked up, I saw a large cloud pulsating. It appeared to be a object making the cloud as a cover. It varied in pulsating speed like a throbbing heart beat changing speed while pumping out the cloud. The event lasted approximately 1 minute. The object started increasing speed of pulsation and a small red fire ball shot out the cloud like a roman candle arching to the west over the city. The cloud/object then blinked out. Everyone that witnessed this event just resumed their activity liked nothing ever happene. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD))

On 10/6/1974, I exited my vehicle in the Lake Forest Shopping Center, located in New Orleans east Louisiana. I saw several people looking up. No one was pointing, just starring up.

As I looked up, I saw a large cloud pulsating. It appeared to be a object making the cloud as a cover. It varied in pulsating speed like a throbbing heart beat changing speed while pumping out the cloud. The event lasted approximately 1 minute.
