| Circle of orb lights seen in the night sky. Circle of lights (white) seen in the cloudy sky when I took my puppy outside to go to the bathroom. Noticed over the neighbor's house, told my husband and he came outside to look as well. Circle contained 12 orb lights in a circular pattern. ((NUFORC Note: Advertising lights from nearby casino.
