Plane Vs UFO

This last summer me and my son were on the roof star gazing, facing west we saw the red orb type ufo fly from northwest to southeast, then a second or few later it flew back northwest from the southeast direction until it disappeared.

What I believed makes this sighting so great is that we saw a passenger plane flying about 2000k ft. below the ufo(the ufo was extremely high in the sky) so we could get a real reference of how fast the ufo was going which was a lot faster than the plane at a much higher altitude.
