| I was walking the dog at 2:00 am, looked up at the stars, and immediately, straight up was a bright strobe, like the size of a pencil diameter. Not immediately, but maybe almost a second later a dim streaking light moving rapidly outward and gone. Wow! No noise. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate.
