Aircraft circles near. 2 white glowing dots. THURSDAY 9-17-15 14HRS TO 15HRS NOTED WHITE TURBO-PROP AIRCRAFT CIRCLING ORBIT AT HIGH ALT COUNTER CLOCK WISE FLIGHT. THEN NOTED 2 WHITE DOTS IN ORBIT TO RIGHT OF AIR RAFT. DOTS DID NOT MOVE FROM LOCATION. DOTS ALMOST LOOKED LIKE STARS IF LOOKING AT THEM DURING THE NIGHT. AIR CRAFT DID ENTER THE AIR SPACE AND DOTS DISAPPEARED. AND REAPERD AFTER PLANE PAST BY.
