| Ring of lights blink on and off. Southeast sky about 65 Degrees above horizon at 1145PM September 5, 2015 Ring of white lights hovering about 4 miles away.Then craft moved South and East. Lights blinked out totally for 3 secs, then appeared again, blinked out again then went back on flew away towards Southeast slow speed. |
