STRANGE LIGHT IN THE SKY. 9/2/2015 6:23 AM SW FLORIDA , Please type that heading into YOUTUBE. There you will see what the "bright light with a ring of light around it almost like a halo" the "cloud" like substance that was left behind in the sky had at first appeared to shine and glimmer then after 40 seconds just glowed bright.
