Impossibly fast moving object near McCarran Airport

I was traveling westbound on I-215 around warm springs exit. I spotted small diamond shaped object westbound at about 500 feet.

I thought it may be a drone, however it accelerated and climbed at a tremendous rate until it reached high clouds about 10 miles away in the foothills, it did this in a few seconds.

Being close to McCarran airport, they might have picked something up on their radar.

The object left no trail.
