Sphere high in sky west to east. Very high speed, stopped on a dime, elevated, lowered and continued.

10:40 PM. 2 of us witnessed orange/white sphere high in sky from way far west traveling super fast, no noise, stopped abruptly several times and bounced around, continued westward.

There were several (2-3) aircraft at lower altitude, at the same time as the object was passing. It flew westward and out of sight.
