Coming out of car, walking up sidewalk to the left of the sidewalk there is a mound of shrubs with a light fixture in it seen something jet black crawling around the bushes on all fours about 2 foot by 2 foot. kind of looked more to see what I was seeing.. frightened. Quickly went into house. told 2 family members. it is very dark and mountainous Were we live. ((NUFORC Note: We have requested more information from the witness. PD))
