8 bright orange circles in Toronto & a Chinese lantern landed unlit...really no mistake. So, just bright orange silent lights floating 100's or feet up. Movement, but no zipping around… Then disappearing here and there… Then the sight of two white un-illuminated circles coming down. One landed & it was a white Chinese lantern, to my surprise. This was on the Danforth at Chester. The orange lights were interesting to see but I doubt they were of much interest more entertaining.
