The UFO appeared as a blinking light that seemed to brighten and dim randomly. It also seemed to disappear and reappear at random, but within close proximity of itself. I heard no noise. The UFO in question appeared to be quite a distance away, but impossible to tell due to the darkness. I possess a video of the event.
