Teal Blue Hovering Object, Bright Light then Dim, Appearing/Reappearing In Various Parts of Sky.

Bright/teal blue/green hovering object that would light up brightly, and then dim.

Object visibly moving at slow rate to south-east, but would frequently disappear and then suddenly reappear in different area of the sky.

Very clearly visible against clear blue sky (no cloud cover at all) in broad afternoon daylight.
