WAS ABLE TO STOP NOT MOVING AT ALL AND INSTANTLY TRAVEL TO SOME TYPE OF HYPER SPEED!

A friend and I were on porch smokning a cigarette at his house also my neighbor live in the country noticed a bright green hovering light that comes over his house. it looked like it wasnt very high seein how bright and big it looked. hovered slowly in one direction for period of time then stopped completely only to go into a speed faster than light and was no longer in sight.. Was a very intriguing moment making no sound and no blinking lights and only bein 1 single lime green light moving very slow then super fast.
