Orange fire ball with white energy spikes coming out of it. When observed underneath the object when approaching us it looked like headl

Was driving with my wife on the Florida Turnpike, going south. Observed a slow moving light, about 50 ft in air, moving very slow and steady. Looked like a plane at first very bright whitish yellow light traveling east to west went right over our car the underneath was orange colored flames with white spikes emenating out of the front and back abouth the size of a bus but looked like a round object. Hard to explain.

I'm a 56 year old recreational pilot. Been flying since the early 1980's. Never seen anything like it in my life it looked like it produced a lot of energy almost looked like an animation very close to us my wife saw it also a couple of miles before the west palm service area.
