Bright white circle light with no source and looks like cross hairs of a gun scope Today, I saw a weird white light, with no light source from the sky or ground, and it is a perfect circle that looks like a cross hairs of a gun scope you can only tell that it looks like that if you see but in pictures I have taken you can't tell tomorrow I will go investigate it and see why and make a future report.
