I was driving and about to turn into my neighborhood and saw a cross shaped aircraft with white lights on the tips and one red and one green light in the center.

I stopped in the middle of the road and the aircraft was hover to my 11'oclock about 200 feet above me, then I turned into the side street and pulled a u turn to get a better look and the aircraft was flying off in the east very fast and disappeared out of my sight.
