Cigar shape flashing white during daylight moving vertical spinning Staring out window to east, a long vertical shape about 10 miles away 30,000 feet moving slowly vertically Flashing white light the full length of the object seemed to be spinning counterclockwise and flash came after every spin. Didn't move away, just up slowly. Could not get good video through window. Very bright light to see on a sunny day. Lived here 50 years have seen every type of aircraft didn't fit any I have seen.
