Orange fireball.

At about 6am, before the sun started to come up, I noticed a very bright orange light, like a fireball, traveling a different path from what airplanes usually take over my home. It traveled in a crooked line which made me think it may have been a military aircraft but suddenly the light just hovered in one spot, then retreated so quickly the light almost immediately faded.

It actually began fading as I grabbed my phone to record it.

While at its brightest, it looked like a beautiful star with spikes.
