The object came towards me from the sky at a high rate of speed. A small object moving at a very high rate of speed came towards me while I was mountain biking in the nearby mountains. I filmed it from my tri pod using iPhone The object appears dark but reflects silver tone from daylight as it moves closer to me. Upon closer inspection using a computer to enhance video object appears to be rotating as it moves. I believe the object was tracking my movement for some period of time .
